Payment ♥

We accept ATM bank transfer

You will need to send us an image of the receipt, showing the amount, date and time transferred as proof of payment (scan or take a photo of the receipt) to verify the transaction.

NOTE: Payment must be made within 48 hours upon submission of order.

We advise immediate payment as item availability is based on a first come first serve together with full payment basis. Any late payment will result in cancellation of order and priority will be given to the next customer who is able to make payment first.

Any cancellation of order on your side will not be accepted once it is confirmed and payment has been made.

Shipping method and charges ♥

Delivery Methods
Normal Postage - Free Delivery!
For Registered postage, an addition of SGD $2.20 is chargeable.

Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.

We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail.

Strictly no meet-ups.

Items will be shipped within 5 working days upon confirmation of stock availability and receipt of full payment.

If desired stock is not available, we will advise you accordingly.


Exchange & Refund Policy ♥

All goods sold are non-refundable.
Before delivery, items will be checked to ensure they are the pieces ordered by you and in good conditions.

NOTE: Colours of items may differ slightly due to difference in monitor screen resolutions and camera lighting. Measurements are stated in centimetres (cm) and according to that given by manufacturers. There might be slight variation from actual product.

Exchanging of goods is allowed only when products delivered are different in sizes, colours or styles from what you had ordered.

In order for any exchange to be done, items must be in original condition and must not be worn. Do not remove any tag or label attached. We only allow exchange within 5 days after receiving the item. After which, we will not entertain any exchange.

Postage for the returned items are to be pay by customers. We will pay the postage for the newly exchanged items.


Refund Guarantee ♥

We will make full refund if the product is no longer in stock after full payment has been made to us.

We will maintain our utmost effort to ensure stock availability.

We will not be responsible for any damage that occurred during the passage of delivery by Singapore Post, despite proper packaging.
